New agreements have been made between SaskGaming and all four of its collective bargaining units, having ratified an agreement with the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) on April 18.

In February of 2024 an agreement was ratified with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), and separate agreements with the Retail Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU) for Casino Moose Jaw and Casino Regina were ratified in late 2023.

"Congratulations to the collective bargaining teams of SaskGaming, PSAC, IATSE and RWDSU for coming together on these four new agreements on behalf of the employees of Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw," said Laura Ross, Minister Responsible for Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan.

"The best agreements are reached at the bargaining table and these four new agreements demonstrate how much SaskGaming values the hard work and contributions of its employees."

The four agreements all stand for three years, and will see general wage increases ranging from 3 to 2 percent.

PSAC is the largest bargaining unit within SaskGaming, consisting of over 200 gaming employees at Casino Regina. These employees cover many facets of the Casino's operations, including dealers, table games supervisors, customer service representatives, bank staff, security officers, maintenance mechanics, slot attendants and casino technicians.

IATSE represents 30 theatrical workers at Casino Regina's show lounge.

More than 80 employees at Casino Moose Jaw as well as 140 food and beverage service employees at Casino Regina are represented by RWDSU.

Both Casino's Moose Jaw and Regina are operated by SaskGaming as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan.
