Moose Jaw's Joel Jordison made it all the way to the championship final at the Meyers Norris Penny Prairie Curling Classic in Portage La Prairie.

 

They made it to the final, only to lose in the championship to Coldwater, Ontario's Glenn Howard.

Howard won the final 7-1.  Jordison chosing to shake hands after 5 ends of the scheduled 8 end final.  Howard stole 3 in the 5th.

Jordison went 5-1 in the round robin; his only loss in the round robin was to the defending national champion, Howard.
