Tickets for the general public were gone in less than 10 minutes Monday.

7 or 8 minutes is all it took for the remaining Rolling Stones tickets for the upcoming show in Regina to sell out.

Controversy still surrounds the presale of tickets last week to Saskatchewan Roughrider season ticket holders and Stone's Fan Club members that saw a good chunk of tickets sold before the general public had a chance.

The remaining tickets went on sale at 10 o'clock Monday morning and were gone in a matter of minutes. Some got them on the Internet, others got them on the phone, and a few folks were successful getting their tickets by lining up at the box office.

While tickets are now sold out there is a chance to get yours. That is, is you don't mind paying up to 5 times the original ticket price. Several sets of tickets have appeared on Internet auction site eBay with some going for as much as $2000 US.
