Need to know something about the city?  There is a new place to go online to get the answers.

The city Tuesday announced a new "Frequently Asked Questions" section on their website MooseJaw.ca.  The page contains answers to some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) directed to all city departments by residents, businesses and visitors.

In a release city manager Jim Puffalt said, "As part of our ongoing efforts to increase customer service and timely replies to requests for information we have added a Frequently Asked Questions page".  "It's an efficient way to provide basic information regarding our programs and services and help customers determine which program their inquiry might fit within".

Beyond the new page, questions and comments can still be shared with the city via telephone (694-4400) or by email (contactMooseJaw.ca).
