Dillon Peeace’s attempted murder case has been adjourned to Nov. 15 at Moose Jaw Provincial Court.
Defence lawyer Brian Pfefferle appeared in court via telephone on Thursday on behalf of Dillon. He asked that the case be adjourned to Nov. 15 to bring the matters together with the co-accused.
Dillon, along with Kyle Peeace, are both charged with attempted murder following an alleged machete attack in downtown Moose Jaw on Sept. 28 that left two people with critical injuries.
Dillon is also facing several outstanding charges including failure to attend court, causing a disturbance, resisting arrest, breaking and entering and uttering threats.
Kyle is being represented by lawyer Doug Andrews. He is also facing outstanding charges including assault with the intent to steal, assault with a weapon, breach of an undertaking and failure to appear in court.
