It's Throwback Thursday. Just a minute to remember the good old days.
Do you remember your first favourite Beatles song?
I do. "Nowhere Man". I'm not sure why but we had the single on 45 and I would listen to it over and over and sing along.
I thought about that last night as I was watching a new video from The Beatles about their NEW song which is out today.
It's called "Now and Then". It features the late John Lennon on lead vocals. Modern technology has allowed producers to take a scratchy, old recording from a cassette tape and turn it into a crystal-clear piece.
The late George Harrison recorded the rhythm guitar parts in 1995.
Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr finished the song with bass guitar and drums respectively.
It's being called The Beatles "final song".
It was released world-wide at 8 o'clock this morning.
What a wonderful world.
