It was a show that sold out in about 15 minutes.

It was "A Cold Night for Cancer", a presentation of the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, in memory of Kelly Churko who lost his battle with cancer in January of 2014.

The local family band CHURKO had not played together for about 30 years but in January of 2020, they came together again in memory of their son and brother to raise some money for cancer care at the Dr. FH Wigmore Regional Hospital in their hometown of Moose Jaw.

All 429 seats in the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre's Mae Wilson Theatre were full.  CHURKO opened up for Cory Churko's popular cover band, Toque.

As you'll see and hear, the family CHURKO has grown by a few members since they last played together and each member of the family shared the spotlight on that magical evening - a night many will never forget.
