The latest poll numbers concerning the election is showing the Conservatives leading the province in support overall, with the NDP leading in Saskatoon and a close race in Regina.

Tom Mulcair's New Democrats hold 31 percent of support in Saskatoon while Stephen Harper's Conservatives in second at 28 percent. In Regina, Tories garner 29 percent, NDP at 24 percent and Liberals with 23 percent.

A third of those surveyed say they plan to vote strategically. Half say their vote is based on the political party and not any particular leader.
