River Street Promotions announced that country artist Corb Lund will headline Homestand ‘23 at Ross Wells Park on Sept. 9.

The announcement was made Friday afternoon at Luby Bower Distillery. This year’s lineup will include Juno, WCMA, CCMA, and SCMA, award-winning musicians.

Lund will be joined by roots soul songwriter Lindi Ortega, folk rocker Mike Plume and country artist Jordyn Pollard.

“We are excited for Moose Jaw to gather again with their friends and neighbours,” said organizer Andy Hamilton said.

“We are especially thrilled to welcome Corb Lund to Moose Jaw, and we all look forward to packing the park and making this the most successful Homestand yet.”

River Street Promotions is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that promotes wellness in the community using entertainment to spread awareness and educate.

Proceeds from Homestand ‘23 will go towards mental health and wellness initiatives in the Prairie South School Division, Holy Trinity Catholic School Division, and the beautification of Ross Wells Park.

Tickets for the event go on sale March 24 at the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre Box Office or online at Sasktix.ca
