A tentative contract agreement was reached early Wednesday morning that will see 1200 striking employees head back to work.

 

A tentative contract agreement has been reached between CP Rail and it 1200 striking employees.

The members of the Teamster Union reached the agreement early Wednesday morning with their employer according to the CPR website.

Details have not been released but striking workers are expected to be back on the job in days, and that includes the 120 here in Moose Jaw, after walking the picket lines for three weeks.

A ratification vote is also expected to be held in the coming days.
