Emotional First Aid in Response to Life's Trauma, is an event taking place this Monday evening with a presentation by Susan Risula of Resolve/Renew Counselling and Consulting. There will also be a question and answer period to follow.

"We need to draw close to other people, we need to not isolate, we need to talk and get it out" says Della Ferguson, who is a grief support professional at WJ Jones Funeral Home, "It's actually scientifically proven that tears of sadness have a different chemical composition than tears of joy. Those interested in participating can head to the Crescent park Event Centre at 7:30pm on Monday.
