Coderre farmer Frank Gaucher is the winner of Farmer Appreciation - Harvest Edition!

Gaucher who produces large green lentils, durum, canola, and mustard on 4,000 acres said more rain was needed.

"I wouldn't call it a stellar year, but it's nice to be done early and get on to a bunch of fall projects, but yeah, [harvest] went off without a hitch," noted Gaucher.

"There wasn't a lot of rain come July. We got really nice rains up to June, everything looked fantastic on July 1st and probably by the 15th of July they started to go backwards," added Gaucher joking that we were one rain shy.

Frank Gaucher won lunch from Carol's Catering and Cafe and our grand prize of $1000 of FMC’s Express SG from Parrish & Heimbecker!
