For the sixth time, Habitat for Humanity Moose Jaw will be building a home for a working family in need.

Spokesperson with Habitat for Humanity Moose Jaw, Taryn Guse explains that they have a few steps to go before they find a family to partner with to build the house.

"We are now in the process of having a meeting on October 24th at 3:00PM and 26th at 7:00PM. It will be held at Saskatchewan Polytechnic."

Guse explains the qualifications for a family to be worthy of the home.

"They need to be a first time home owner, children under 18 years old and live in a specific salary bracket."

The family must be willing to put in the "sweat equity", as 500 hours of work need to be put into the home from the recipient, 200 of which can be done with help from family and friends.
