YaraCentre was packed on Saturday for their "Lets Get Healthy Moose Jaw" fitness expo featuring Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod from Body Break.

Hal and Joanne held a presentation to talk about fitness and health. They gave some tips and some motivation for those in attendance to live a healthier lifestyle and to maintain that lifestyle.

"I think in terms of simple tips for eating healthy would be to just watch the portion sizes and drink lots of water." said McLeod. "The fact of keeping track of what you eat... we think we eat less than what we actually do and by keeping track then you know exactly where you stand."

"The three keys really are proper nutrition, strengthening your muscles and cardio." added Johnson. "Those are the three elements that you should be doing in order to get out and get active and here at YaraCentre you can do all of that."

There were games, displays and information sessions from local groups along with fitness classes at the event this weekend.
