Three Moose Jaw families are thanking SaskEnergy and Habitat for Humanity for spending much of the week working hard inside their homes.
As part of SaskEnergy's Home Energy Legacy Program, volunteers have been hard at it installing energy efficient upgrades. The programs helps low-income earners benefit from reduced energy costs through upgrades they otherwise wouldn't be able to afford on their own.
Upgrades include new windows, furnaces, insulation and even water-saving toilets. Each of the homeowners were eligible for up to $10,000 in upgrades.
