Victoria Day is one of the things that marks the unofficial start to summer. Another is the start of the Homegrown Farmers Market on May 27th.

Once again this year the market will be located in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw on Langdon Crescent where you can get produce, crafts, herbs, and artisan foods.

And once again the market will run on Saturdays and Wednesdays, except now it will be on Wednesday evenings. Organizer Keri Fox.

"I think we're just going to appeal to a wider audience. We're finding that a lot of people are working on Wednesdays so it's hard for them to come down. So we're going to have it when the work day is done, Wednesday evening. It will probably have a different feel to it. We can have some entertainment and some different things happening."

Wednesdays will run in July and August from 5pm to 9pm. Saturdays will start May 27th and run till October 7th.
