The man accused of pointing a handgun at another person Monday morning will be back in court on Thursday.

20-year old Joshua Adams was in court Monday afternoon on charges of possession of a handgun, committing assault, threatening to use a weapon, resisting arrest and three counts of breach of probation. He was arrested after the K9 Unit was called following an altercation that allegedly involved a firearm.

Adams has been remanded in custody until Thursday afternoon for a bail hearing.  The other two people that were with Adams aren't facing any charges at this time according to the Crown Prosecutors.
