The Saskatchewan Lions Provincial Foundation is stepping up to the plate to raise funds for Children's Ophthalmology in the province with their first annual Lions Share 50/50.

The province-wide campaign kicked off earlier this month and will run until November 14th with one lucky winner walking away with up to 500-thousand dollars.

"We just felt the need to raise awareness of children's sight related medical conditions," says Lions Share Campaign Chair Wayne McGregor.  "There are many sight related problems that children have and some of the treatment required is only offered out of province and so the financial burden becomes quite heavy."

Tickets are $10 each or three for $20.  You can pick them up from all Lions club members and at all Lions Club  halls.  The draw will be made on December 14th in Saskatoon.
