One of two men accused of attempted murder has been released on bail with conditions.

Shaun Robinson, 41, is charged with common assault, assault with a weapon, break and enter, attempted murder and possession of a prohibited weapon without a licence.

Robinson was released on bail and will make his next court appearance by Moose Jaw Provincial Court on June 3.

Jordon Shields, 36, is also charged with attempted murder as well as several other assault charges stemming from the same incident. He will remain in custody and makes his next court appearance on April 21st by video.

Shields and Robinson were arrested after Moose Jaw Police Services attended to a report of a shooting on March 27 on Ninth Avenue Northeast. A man was found at the residence shot in the abdomen.
