The Moose Jaw Miller Express made an eighth-inning comeback to defeat the Beavers 10-7 on Tuesday night in Weyburn.

Moose Jaw was trailing 7-5 heading into the top of the eighth inning. The Miller Express would score five in the top of the eighth to pick up the win. Pinch-hitting, Declan O'Hare hit a double to right field to score Nate Mensik and Elijah Bear. Thomas Soto would then single to left field to score Robert Estrada and Julian Gonzalez. Nathan Houston drove in the fifth run of the inning, hitting a triple to score Soto.

Soto went three-for-four at the plate with two RBIs. Houston was two-for-four with a pair of RBIs. Austin Gurney only had one hit, but it was a three-run homerun.

Bo Jacob Garza got the start on the mound for the Miller Express. He went five and two-thirds innings and allowed six runs off three hits and struck out eight Cameron Dunn picked up the win. He pitched two innings and allowed no runs off one hit and struck out two. Jadon Canelli got the save.

Moose Jaw is back in action on Wednesday night in Swift Current to take on the 57s. The Miller Express return to the friendly confines of Ross Wells Park on Thursday when they face the Regina Red Sox at 7 p.m.
