The Moose Jaw Police Service is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect in connection to a mid-January assault on Main Street.

The incident occurred on January 15, officers responded to reports of an assault on the 1200 block of Main Street North where the suspect reportedly spat on the victim following a brief verbal altercation.

The suspect is described as appearing Caucasian, in their mid-20's and was wearing a green and white hoodie with a black cap underneath at the time of the incident.
