A 23-year-old individual faces several charges following an incident that occurred early Tuesday morning.
Just after 1:30 am, officers with the Moose Jaw Police Service were on foot patrol when they came across an individual with outstanding warrants, who was also in possession of a cash box.
The individual resisted arrest, assaulted the police officers and attempted to flee.
Following a short foot pursuit, the individual was placed under arrest.
A short time later, police received a call from a local business stating their cash box had been stolen from their drive-thru window.
Dalton Cameron has been charged with break and enter, assault PO, resist arrest and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
