Millions of eligible voters will cast their federal election ballots in Canada tomorrow.

Meanwhile, students from across the country have already cast theirs.

Last week, Moose Jaw schools joined others across the country for "Student Vote", an initiative to teach youth about the electoral process and about our federal parties.

At Sacred Heart school, teacher Collee Mitchell said the idea has been valuable for students and teachers alike.

"Student Vote is a wonderful website that is full of resourses for the students. There are videos that explain democracy and the voting process."

Grade 5 student Jada Therens found the process exciting.

"I think it's really cool that we get to do it. It's really important that everyone do it, because everyone should have a say in it."

Student votes across Canada will be tabulated, with results released after the federal election.
