Moose Jaw's Lucas Lind has been named Baseball Saskatchewan's 2025 Male Minor Baseball Player of the Year.

The second Moose Jaw player to be awarded the honour in 25 years, Lind helped propel the 15U AAA Moose Jaw Canucks to finish their regular season with a 31-1 record. 

He played in the 15U AAA Westerns Tournament and represented Team Sask. 15U AAA at the Ray Carter Cup, Canada's national baseball championship.

Additionally, Lind was named the Saskatchewan Premier Baseball League's 15U AAA Rookie of the Year in August, pitching 37.1 innings with an ERA of 0.75. At the plate Lind maintained an average of .506, with nine home runs and 50 RBI.
