Getting your pet's nails trimmed can be quite a challenge.

Spike grooming and Pet Value are offering to help, while also raising money for the Moose Jaw Humane Society.

On Tuesday, January 31, you can bring your cat or dog to Pet Value (1251 Main St. N) from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and get their nails trimmed for a cash donation.

"I believe that nails should be done at least once a month," said Spike Grooming owner Megan Wieterman. "I also find, in my line of work, pet parents are very busy. Getting a walk-in nail trim is really hard during the week. We wanted to make it easy, fun and affordable for our pet parents to take care of their animals and nails are a monthly thing that need to be done. It's also one of the things that parents usually struggle the most with."

Wieterman adds there will also be a free photo op. Ear cleaning is also available if needed.

The nail trimming fundraiser will be held on the last Tuesday of every month.
