The Moose Jaw Downtown Association hosted its first-ever Little Chicago Show and Shine car show on Saturday.

The event was nothing short of a success, with around 220 cars in attendance, and hundreds of people walking the street to show their support.

Secretary of the Downtown Moose Jaw Association, Michaela Turner, shared her appreciation for the cause.

“Downtown Moose Jaw Association is working hard to support the economy of Downtown Moose Jaw, and all of our business owners. We need community support, and events like this will make that happen,” says Turner.

“It’s just so great to see Main Street full of people. We thank everyone for coming out,” added Turner.

Event organizers are already aiming to have the second annual Show and Shine in September 2023.

The Downtown Association also joined forces with the Moose Jaw Cycle Association, as they hosted their 34th annual Toy Run the same afternoon.

The bikers rode up Main Street in support of providing the less fortunate with new toys.
