Here we go, this is what we've been waiting for.

Finally, some warm weather has arrived on the prairies after an exhausting start to the new year.  From -50 with the windchill on Sunday up to -5 Thursday afternoon in Moose Jaw. There's no need to let the vehicle warm up or allow for extra time to put on layers thanks to the significant increase in temperature.

There is some snow in the forecast but that's to be expected when you have a large swing in the temperature. It shouldn't be much though and certainly easier to shovel when you don't have to wear three layers.
