Moose Jaw Police responded to 38 calls for service.

8:23 am – Barking Dog Bylaw – There was a report of a dog being left outside and barking continually. The dog owner was spoken to and warned under the bylaw.

9:31 am – Assist Other Agency – Moose Jaw Police assisted SaskEnergy at a residence.

10:39 am – Dispute Between Neighbours – A dispute took place between two parties over leaving objects on a vehicle. The complainant wished for the incident to be documented at this time.

11:58 am – There was a report that someone may have pawned the complainant’s cell phone. This is still under investigation to speak to all parties involved.

12:19 pm – There was a report of a male walking on the train trestle and the caller wished for police to check on his well-being. The individual made it across safely.

12:38 pm – Two vehicle MVA – One of the vehicles had out of province plates. The damage was estimated at $2,000, and SGI forms were filled out.

12:49 pm – Well Being Check – The subject hadn’t been seen for a couple of weeks. The subject was contacted and is out of province on a family holiday. The complainant was advised.

3:08 pm – MVA – There was a two vehicle MVA with one of the vehicles having out of province plates. The damage was estimated at $1,000, and SGI forms were filled out.

4:05 pm – Hit and Run – This occurred on May 25th. The damage was estimated at $1,200. There was no paint transfer, and SGI forms were filled out.

4:15 pm – Theft – Sometime overnight a winch was stolen off of a trailer. The winch was valued at $1,500, and Police are to view video footage.

6:41 pm – There was a report of a possible impaired driver, but the vehicle was not located.

11:12 pm – Assist to Locate – Youth didn’t return home for house curfew. The youth was located and transported home.

11:55 pm – There was a report of a male driving while prohibited. Police are still investigating for charges.

1:21 am – Intoxicated Person – There was a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance and knocking on doors. The male was located and was unable to provide the name of a sober care giver. They were brought back to cells and held until sober.

2:51 am – Dispute – There was a dispute between two parties. One party agreed to leave for the night, and the dispute was mediated.

Police executed two warrants.
