Moose Jaw Police responded to 42 calls for service.

8:21 am – Theft – Sometime overnight the complainant’s vehicle was rummaged through. Some spare change and a pair of binoculars valued at $200.00 were stolen.

9:06 am – Theft – Sometime overnight the complainant’s vehicle was rummaged through. $10.00 in spare change and personal items was stolen.

9:12 am – Theft – Sometime overnight the complainant’s vehicle was broken into. The vehicle was rummaged through but nothing was taken.

9:42 am – Dispute – An ongoing dispute between two parties occurred, and it was determined to be a civil matter.

10:00 am – Mischief – Sometime overnight the complainant’s vehicle was spray painted. This caused approximately $5,000 in damages. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

10:57 am – Dispute – Subjects were disagreeing over custody and advice was given.

11:36 am – MVA – A single vehicle accident resulted in no injuries, no charges, and approximately $11,000 in damages. The vehicle was towed.

1:29 pm – Cheque Fraud – Fraudulent activity was reported on a subject’s banking account. The matter is under investigation.

3:32 pm – Unwanted Guest – The situation was mediated and the subject was advised not to return.

5:25 pm – Found Property – A subject’s identification was found and turned in. The subject was contacted to pick it up.

5:28 pm – Assault – The matter is still under investigation.

5:37 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in no injuries, no charges, and approximately $15,000 in damages.

7:01 pm – Assist Elderly Person – A complainant located a subject wandering on the street. Police assisted in reuniting the subject with caregivers.

9:28 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated.

10:52 pm - Dispute – The subjects were disagreeing over custody. Advice was given.

12:18 am – Dangerous Driving – A vehicle was reported to be driving erratically. The driver was located and warned.

1:36 am – Assist Ambulance – An individual was found to be intoxicated. The subject was left in the care of a sober adult.

1:46 am – Suspicious Person – An individual was causing a disturbance. The subject left upon police arrival but they were able to locate and warn the individual of their actions.

3:50 am – There was a report of an individual causing a disturbance. The subject was gone upon police arrival.
