Moose Jaw Police responded to 58 calls for service. 

8:53 am – 1200 block Main St N – Motor Vehicle Collision – There was a single vehicle accident with a light standard. The vehicle was towed.

9:58 am – 1200 block 9th Av NE – Theft of Auto – A grey Kia Sportage with the Sask plate 241 KTC was taken sometime overnight. The vehicle was added to the national database as stolen.

10:19 am – 1100 block Grafton Av – Nuisance Communication – A suspect was threatening and defaming a business. The suspect was spoken to and advised to cease contact.

11:23 am – 700 block Athabasca St E – Motor Vehicle Collision – A vehicle collided with a truck and a tree, resulting in approximately $10,000 of damage. Two vehicles were towed.

12:12 pm – 5th Av NW at Athabasca St W – Dangerous Driving – A plate number and vehicle description were obtained of a vehicle that went through a 4-way stop. The registered owner was contacted by police and warned for their actions.

12:18 pm – 1400 block Caribou St W – Attempted Theft – A driver drove through a fence and proceeded to rummage through a boat. When leaving the scene, the individual almost ran over the complainant. Police continue to investigate for possible charges.

2:14 pm – 1000 block Athabasca St E – Dispute – There was a verbal dispute between two parties. The situation was resolved before police arrival. The parties involved were spoken to.

2:32 pm - 200 block Main St N – Threats – A threatening voicemail was left on a phone. This was reported for informational purposes at this time.

4:10 pm – 5th Av NW at Ominica St W – Motor Vehicle Collision – There was a two-vehicle collision resulting in approximately $10,000 of damage, one tow, and one ticket for proceeding from a stop sign before safe.

4:41 pm – 900 block Athabasca St W – Unwanted Guest – A subject was no longer welcome at a residence and was refusing to leave. The individual left upon police request. The situation was mediated.

5:04 pm – 0 block Oxford St W – Dispute – There were ongoing relationship issues between two parties. This situation was mediated by police.

5:27 pm – 0 block High St E – Harassing Communication – There was unwanted communication being received. The complainant wish it documented at this time.

5:47 pm – 800 block Valleyview Dr – Dispute – There was a verbal disagreement between parties. This situation was mediated by police.

6:04 pm – High St W at 1st Av NW – Motor Vehicle Collision – There was a two-vehicle collision resulting in approximately $20,000 of damage, one tow, and no injuries.

7:11 pm – 1000 block Redland Av – Fraud – A complainant was the victim of an email scam. This was reported for informational purposes. The complainant was advised of agencies to contact.

7:57 pm – 300 block Ominica St W – Breach of Court Order – A subject was found to be in breach of court-ordered conditions. Police are still investigating for charges.

8:06 pm – 200 block High St W – Fraud – A subject was defrauded of money and provided a statement. Police are still investigating for charges.

9:11 pm- 1000 block King Cr – Hit & Run – A suspect vehicle hit three parked vehicles, resulting in approximately $7,500 of damage. Police continue to search for the suspect vehicle.
