Moose Jaw Police responded to 31 calls for service. 
 
8:32 am – 0 Block Fairford St E – Unwanted Guest – There was a person sleeping under a staircase, and people were unable to wake them up. Police attended and escorted the person away. They were turned over to a family member.
 
11:33 am – 900 Block Athabasca St W – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle had been parked outside a residence for an extended amount of time. Police attended and found the vehicle to be unregistered. The vehicle was towed.
 
2:02 pm – 400 Block Hochelaga St W – Theft – A Christmas projection light was stolen from the area sometime overnight. The complainant wanted it reported for informational purposes.
 
2:42 pm – 1100 Block 4th Av NE – Mischief – A vehicle window was smashed sometime overnight and the vehicle was entered. It does not appear that anything was taken. The damage is estimated at approximately $300.
 
5:49 pm – 300 Block 9th Av SW – Erratic Driving – A vehicle was driving down the road on the wrong side. The complainant got the licence plate information and a description. Police followed up and spoke with the registered owner of the vehicle in question; they were warned for their driving actions.
 
6:23 pm – 1000 Block James St – Harassing Calls – A complainant stated they wanted to be done dealing with another person who kept contacting them. They requested that the person be spoken to.
 
6:55 pm – 300 Block Diefenbaker Dr – Mischief – While staying in the city a few days ago, a complainant noticed that sometime overnight their spoiler had gone missing from their vehicle. There was approximately $800 damage and there are no suspects at this time.
 
7:33 pm – 400 Block Main St N – Suspicious Person – A complainant stated that there was a person who appeared to be passed out around a bus stop. Police attended, found the person, and brought them back to cells for being intoxicated in public.
 
8:22 pm – 300 Block Main St N – Unknown 911 – Nothing was heard to be said on the call. Police attended and found that two people had been arguing. The situation was mediated.
 
8:42 pm – 1st Av SE at Wellesley St – MVA – A vehicle collided with a power pole. There was no entrapment, but damage was done to a power pole. SaskPower was called to attend. One vehicle was towed, with approximately $10,000 of damage. One ticket was issued for driving too fast for the weather conditions.
 
12:05 am – 1100 Block Athabasca St E – Domestic Dispute – Two persons were in an altercation. Police arrived and found one person had already left to stay with a friend for the night.
 
Police attended to one alarm call.
Police attended to four 911 calls.
Police attended to one parking bylaw.
Police executed one warrant.
