Moose Jaw Police responded to 53 calls for service. 

7:50 am – Mischief – An unknown male spray painted a building on the 400 block of High St. West. This is still under investigation for video/identification. 

8:21 am – Suspicious Person – The individual was located and spoken to and was sent on their way. 

11:30 am – Hit & Run – This occurred on the 0 block of Thatcher Drive, resulting in approximately $3000 of damage. This is still under investigation. 

12:59 pm – Assault – The adult suspect was known, and they were to be charged. 

1:25 pm – Bike Theft – A bike was stolen out of a garage on the 700 Block of Grandview St. W 

4:28 pm – Theft – Items were stolen from a vehicle on the 1000 block of 2nd Ave NW overnight. This is still under investigation. 

4:43 pm – Theft - There was a theft from a local establishment by three known subjects, with one charged and two pending charges. 

4:56 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – An individual was reported as confused and scared. They were located and taken home, and they were left in the care of family. 

5:25 pm – Theft of Auto – On the 400 Block of River St, a 1997 white Chevy truck with aluminum tool box with white wheels on the back and chrome on the front was stolen. 

7:11 pm – Suspicious Person – The subject was located and spoken to and was found to be confused with the poor directions they were given. 

7:18 pm – Dispute – The situation was mediated. 

7:55 pm – Mischief – This occurred on the 900 block of Coteau St. W. A window was broken on a vehicle, causing $500 of damage. 

8:14 pm – Noise Bylaw – Police spoke to the homeowner about the noise bylaw. 

10:19 pm – Attempted Theft – Four youths were caught attempting to enter a vehicle, and they were warned and taken home. 

11:48 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle’s tires were marked, and a message was left for the owner reminding of the 48 hour bylaw. 

11:51 pm – Dispute – Police spoke with both parties and were able to mediate the situation. 

11:57 pm – Driving Unregistered Vehicle – A ticket was issued and the vehicle was seized. 

12:06 am – Dispute – Police spoke with both parties. The situation was mediated. 

12:12 am – Break and Enter – The suspect was known, and this is still under investigation to contact the individual. 

5:06 am – MVA Over – A vehicle hit a parked vehicle, resulting in approximately $5000 of damage. 

Police responded to five 911 calls. 
Police assisted other agencies in two cases. 
Police made seven charges for breaches of recognizance. 
Police executed five warrants. 
Police conducted three well-being checks.
