Moose Jaw Police responded to 47 calls for service. 

7:47 am – Hit & Run – A vehicle hit a power pole and took off sometime overnight, resulting in approximately $25,000 worth of damage. This is still under investigation. 

9:53 am – Harassing Calls – A complainant called to report harassing calls from a known subject. This is still under investigation. 

11:36 am – Wellbeing Check – A complainant from out of town was looking for a wellbeing check to be done on a subject. The subject was in good health and the complainant was notified. 

1:50 pm – Theft Under – There was a report of a theft of a license plate sometime overnight. 

2:58 pm – Breach of Order – A complainant was calling in to report a breach of an order. This is still under investigation. 

3:43 pm – Hit & Run – There was a report of a hit and run in parking lot. Approximately $1,000 worth of damage was done. 

4:08 pm – Wellbeing Check – There was a report of a person sleeping inside of a vehicle. Police attended and the subject was ok. 

5:28 pm – Harassing Calls – There was a report of harassing calls and being followed by a known subject. This is still under investigation. 

7:12 pm – Shoplifting – A subject was caught shoplifting from a store. Items were recovered and the subject was banned from the business. 

9:30 pm – Mischief – Suspects were seen with a roadway sign, which was ditched in a parking lot. This is still under investigation to contact the registered owner. 

9:47 pm – Breach Undertaking – Another police agency was requesting a curfew check on a subject. They were not home, and this is still under investigation for charges. 

10:22 pm – Seized Vehicle – Police conducted a vehicle stop which lead to a vehicle impoundment. The driver had outstanding warrants. 

11:10 pm – Impaired Driver – Police received a call of an impaired driver. The vehicle was located and the subject was charged. 

11:32 pm – Vehicle Seizure – Police conducted a vehicle stop which lead to a vehicle impoundment. 

2:04 am – Domestic – Police attended to a call of a domestic dispute. The parties had been drinking and were separated for the night.
