Moose Jaw Police responded to 30 calls for service.  

9:40 am – Mischief – After the accused broke the window of a friend’s house, the accused was arrested and released on conditions of no contact. 

9:39 am – Break and Enter – 0 block Oxford Street West – A residential property was broken into. This matter is still under investigation. 

9:51 am – Mischief – 400 block 1st Avenue Northwest – The window of a vehicle was smashed. This matter is still under investigation. 

11:28 am – Impaired Driving – The owner of the vehicle was to be contacted. 

11:45 am – Impaired Driving – The driver of the vehicle was witnessed to be drinking in a parking lot. This matter is still under investigation. 

12:54 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was left in the care of a parent. 

1:25 pm – Abandoned Vehicle – The tires of the vehicle were marked as per the 48-hour parking bylaw. This matter is still under investigation. 

3:53 pm – Dispute – The parties were having a verbal dispute over property. The situation was mediated and parties were sent on their way. 

4:48 pm – Collision – A vehicle hit a pedestrian, with minor injuries to the pedestrian. 

5:48 pm – Barking Dog – This matter is still under investigation. 

11:46 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was located and assistance was provided. 

12:09 am – Shoplifting – The subject stole merchandise and fled. This matter is still under investigation for video footage. 

12:12 am – Fraud – The bank card was used for an unauthorized purchase. This matter is still under investigation. 

12:42 am – Dog Barking – The owner of the dog was contacted and warned regarding the bylaw. 

3:07 am – Break and Enter – A business in the 1600 block Caribou St W was entered. This is still under investigation for video. 

4:31 am – Driving Prohibited – An adult charged with Prohibited Driving was released with a future court date. 

Police responded to five 911 calls. 
Police assisted other agencies in three cases. 
Police executed one warrant. 
Police made one alcohol screening device demand.
