Moose Jaw Police responded to 50 calls for service. 

7:55 am - Theft Under – A male suspect was caught on camera stealing merchandise from a store. This is still under investigation. 

8:55 am - Theft Under – This is still under investigation to obtain video. 

9:08 am - Break and Enter - A storage unit lock was cut and the unit was entered. Various items were stolen. This is still under investigation for video. 

10:29 am - Well Being Check - The subject was located and found to be doing well. 

11:44 am – Fraud - An individual was frauded $7200. This is still under investigation. 

12:25 pm - Shoplifting – A female stole items and then returned them. The individual was banned from the store. 

12:56 pm - Abandoned Vehicle – The owner was contacted to move the vehicle. 

1:03 pm - Suspicious Occurrence – The rear door of a residence was insecure. The building was searched, and all was secure. 

2:00 pm – Fraud - Phone calls were received claiming to be Border Services with warrants. This is still under investigation. 

2:01 pm - Parking Bylaw - Vehicles were parked on the road. The owners were contacted to move their vehicles. 

2:11 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in two tows, no injuries, and $20,000 of damage. There were two tickets and one warning. 

2:30 pm - Theft Under – A credit card was used at various locations. This is still under investigation for charges. 

3:01 pm - Driving Impaired – There was a 60-day license suspension and a 30-day impound. 

3:24 pm - Unwanted Guest – The subject left upon police request. They were banned from the building. 

3:51 pm – Shoplifting - Jewelry was stolen from a business. The subject was to be charged. 

4:02 pm – Fraud – A credit card fraud is still under investigation. 

4:11 pm - Other Bylaw – This was an ongoing dispute with two individuals. This is still under investigation. 

5:51 pm – Dispute – The family was separated for the night. 

6:23 pm - Assist Locate – The female was located, and the plan was put into place. 

7:15 pm – There was a dispute over payment for fare. This was mediated. 

9:28 pm - MVA – A single vehicle accident occurred with impaired driving charges, dangerous driving and flight from police. Minor injuries were treated at the scene. 

10:33 pm - Theft Under – A male was given advice on who to contact for his situation. 

10:50 pm – Dispute – This took place between two individuals, who separated for the night. 

5:43 am - Suspicious Occurrence – A male was lying on the sidewalk. They were determined to be okay and assistance was provided. 

Police responded to nine 911 calls. 
Police assisted other agencies in five cases. 
Police made one charge for breaching court orders. 
Police executed five warrants.
