Moose Jaw Police responded to 36 calls for service. 

8:13 am – Found Property – Miscellaneous property was located in the Park, and the items were returned to the owners. 

8:36 am – Property Dispute – There was a dispute over shared property, and the proper process was explained to both parties. 

8:54 am – Collision – A two vehicle collision resulted in one injury, both vehicles being towed, and approximately $20,000 of damage and 1 ticket being issued. 

11:44 am – Abandoned Trailer – A trailer was left for the past 5 days. This is still under investigation to try and notify the owner. 

12:24 pm – Lost Phone – The owner left a phone on a bench and was advised how to attempt to track their own phone. 

12:38 pm – Assault – A large gathering of youth were watching a fight.  This is still under investigation for statements and charges. 

1:01 pm – Parking Bylaw – A large vehicle was parked with the left side to the curb, and the owner was warned. 

3:13 pm – Parking Bylaw – A trailer was left parked for a month, and the owner was warned.   

3:42 pm – Well Being Check – A parent lost contact for 3 weeks with a child.  The child and step-parents were located.  All was okay. 

5:41 pm – Public Intoxication – An adult was struggling with intoxication, and was arrested and held until sober. 

7:56 pm – Unwanted Guest – An intoxicated relationship break-up was reported.  Advice was given. 

8:15 pm – Vehicle Seizure – A vehicle was seized after the driver was found to be driving an unregistered vehicle. A 7-day SGI impound resulted.   

9:37 pm – Dispute – Two adults were intoxicated and were not getting along. The subjects were separated and were sent to their own houses. 

10:13 pm – Impaired Driving – A vehicle was seen driving on the wrong side of the street, smelling of “Weed”.  The vehicle was located and there was no sign of intoxication or used drugs in the vehicle – unfounded report. 

12:24 am – Dispute – An alcohol-fueled argument occurred. An adult refused to leave a private home.  They were arrested and held until sober. 

3:15 am – Suspicious Call – Vague threats were received about a 3rd party.  Advice was given and information was recorded for information. 

Police assisted other organizations in four cases. 
Police responded to three parking bylaw infractions.
