Police and Fire Report for September 8-9

Moose Jaw Police responded to 60 calls for service.  

9:03 am – Threats – This is still under investigation. 

9:27 am – Theft Under – This occurred on Thursday night. Items were stolen from a backyard, and this is still under investigation for pictures. 

9:28 am – Harassing Calls – This is still under investigation. 

9:33 am - Mischief – This is still under investigation. 

9:41 am – Break and Enter – This happened somewhere between Friday to Monday. Items were stolen and a file number was provided. 

10:11 am – Threats – The subject was charged and was to be held for court. 

10:29 am – Disturbance – The subject was charged with cause of Disturbance and was held until sober. 

10:43 am – Found Property – This was to be exhibited. 

11:51 am – MVA Over – A one vehicle accident required a tow and resulted in $10,000 of damage. 

12:30 pm – Found Property – An item was exhibited. 

12:40 pm – Recovered Stolen Property – Police recovered an auto, and it was towed to Bears. The vehicle was to be processed. 

1:52 pm – Obstruct Peace Officer – This is still under investigation. 

2:10 pm – Harassing Calls – This was reported for informational purposes. 

2:15 pm – Bike Found – The bike was to be exhibited. 

3:45 pm – Harassing Calls – This is still under investigation to contact the other party. 

4:04 pm – Well-Being Check – Police attended and the subject was found safe. 

4:11 pm – Vehicle Seizure – The vehicle was seized for 30 days. 

4:12 pm – Theft Under – Over last couple of days an item was stolen from a vehicle. This is still under investigation. 

4:26 pm – Mischief – The subject was charged with Mischief. 

4:38 pm – Dispute – Police attended and options were given. 

6:28 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A statement was taken. 

6:29 pm – Dog Barking – Police attended and the owner was advised of the Bylaw. 

7:01 pm – Dangerous Driving – This is still under investigation to speak with the registered owner. 

7:09 pm – Dispute – Police attended and the situation was mediated. 

7:38 pm – Impaired Driving – This is still under investigation to follow up with owner. 

7:48 pm – Dispute – There was a dispute over property and the situation was mediated. 

8:01 pm – Impaired Driving – This is still under investigation to contact the owner. 

8:01 pm – Dispute – Police attended and the situation was mediated. 

8:22 pm – Disturbance – A train had to come to an abrupt stop causing significant noise. 

9:03 pm – Dangerous Driving – This is still under investigation to contact the owner. 

9:29 pm - Dangerous Driving – This is still under investigation to contact the owner. 

11:47 pm – Dispute – Police attended and the subject was held for court. 

12:27 am – Dispute – The subject was spoken to and advice was given. 

12:44 am – Dispute – Police attended and the situation was mediated. 

2:15 am – Impaired Driving – This is still under investigation to speak to registered owner.
