The Moose Jaw Police Service and Moose Jaw Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the driver responsible for a hit and run in Moose Jaw back on Dec. 18.

At about 2:30 p.m. that day, the suspect vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of Ninth Avenue Southwest and Coteau Street West and t-boned another vehicle. The suspect vehicle left the scene at a high rate of speed, according to Crime Stoppers.

The accident caused extensive damage and left the victims with minor injuries.

The suspect vehicle is described as a white, older model pickup truck, possibly a Chevrolet truck, with front end damage including a crumpled hood as a result of the accident.
