Moose Jaw Police responded to 33 calls for service.

8:48 am – Fire Call – A call of a structure fire was false. There was no fire; it was just furnace exhaust.

9:52 am – Abandoned Vehicle – A person was reporting a vehicle parked on their property that appeared to be abandoned. Police attended and the vehicle was gone.

10:57 am – Unwanted Guest – A person was reported to be loitering near a business and bothering customers. The subject left the premises.

12:04 pm – Assault – There was a report of an assault between two persons. Police determined no assault took place.

12:06 pm – Mischief – A call was made of suspicious activity occurring inside of a building. This is still under investigation.

12:33 pm – Assault – There was a report of an assault occurring during a dispute between two persons. Police attended and it was determined that no assault had taken place.

1:38 pm – Unwanted Guest – A person was reported to be on private property and the caller wanted them removed. Police spoke to the subject who left the premise.

1:53 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was a report of a person loitering in a building. The subject was lingering outside of the building and did not go inside.

3:26 pm – Well Being Check – A call was received to check the well-being of an individual. The person was located and doing fine.

3:44 pm – Dispute – There was a report of a dispute between occupants of a residence. Police attended and the situation was mediated.

3:51 pm – Well Being Check – A call was received to check the well-being of an individual. Police assisted.

8:07 pm – Dispute – A person reported issues with a roommate. The incident was determined to be a misunderstanding.

7:10 pm – Fraud/Other – There was a report of a person receiving a fraudulent phone call that requested financial information to be provided. Police gave the caller advice.

8:51 pm – Unwanted Guest – A call was received of a person on private property and refusing to leave. Police attended and determined the situation to be a landlord/tenant dispute.

10:19 pm – Suspicious Person – There was a report of a person going through a dumpster. Police attended and the person complied when asked to leave the area.

11:43 pm – Erratic Driving – There was a report of a vehicle driving recklessly and endangering other vehicles on the road. This is still under investigation.

2:03 am – Break & Enter in Progress – There was a report of unknown subjects attempting to enter a residence. This is still under investigation.

3:05 am – Assist Ambulance – EMS requested that Police attend to assist with an unknown situation called in to EMS. Police attended and located the caller who was fine.

PACT responded on two occasions.
Police assisted other agencies in five cases.
Police responded to six 911 calls.
