A rainfall warning issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada for areas south of Moose Jaw has ended.

These areas include Assiniboia, Mossbank, Gravelbourg and Spring Valley.

The warming remains in effect for the southeast corner of the province including the RM of Suprise Valley including Minton and Regway, the RM of The Gap including Ceylon and Hardy and the Carlyle, Oxbow, Weyburn and Estevan areas.

Environment and Climate Change Canada is tracking a Colorado low that will bring heavy rainfall. About 15 to 25 millimetres have already fallen in these areas as of Friday afternoon. A total of 40-60 millimetres is expected to fall by Sunday morning.

With the heavy downpour, Environment and Climate Change Canada is warning residents about flash floods and localized flooding.
