The Koch family of Moose Jaw has faced many adversities as a family over the last number of years, and most recently, Sarah Koch is undertaking a pancreatic cancer battle.  

Sarah is married to JR, and they have five children: Gavin (16), Ryder (13), Kahlia (11), Baylee (9), and Julian (6).  

Keshia Koch is Sarah’s sister-in-law and is organizing the Rib Night Fundraiser to raise money for Sarah’s travel expenses to treatments and testing in Regina. “[Sarah’s] very good when it comes to fighting for her family – she will do anything and everything to do right by her kids.” 

A Rib Night will be held Nov. 30th at the Crushed Can from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased by calling Keshia Koch at 306-631-8623 or her husband Shane Steinhauer at 306-631-6300. 

There will also be a penny parade for rib night attendees.
