The 2007 CFL Draft is set for Wednesday morning with the Saskatchewan Roughriders looking for the next big thing.

 

The Saskatchewan Roughriders will look towards to the future Wednesday as the CFL holds it's Canadian Draft.

The Riders don't have a first round pick, but will make selections in the next four rounds. They pick 9th (2nd round), 20th (3rd round), 28th (4th round), and 39th (5th round). Hamilton and Edmonton own the top two picks of the draft.

Last year the Riders selected wide receiver Andrew Fantuz with the 3rd overall pick, and kicker Luca Congi with the 12th pick. Fantuz finished 2006 fourth on the team with 408 yards and three touchdowns. Congi had 163 total points and was among the league leaders with an 86.4% kicking percentage.

The 2007 CFL Canadian Draft begins at 11am Wednesday morning.
