Isaac Harker threw for more touchdowns than any other quarterback in NCAA Division 2 football last season. The Colorado School of Mines product is now a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders after signing with the team on Thursday.

Harker, 23, threw for 39 touchdowns last season in 12 games for the Orediggers last season with 3,858 yards on 66.5 percent passing.

The six-foot, 195-pound passer was named D2CCA Second Team All-Super Region 4, Second Team All-RMAC and a D2football.com All-America honourable mention.

Before joining the Orediggers, Harker played four seasons with Indiana State, throwing for 3,259 yards with 22 touchdowns in 22 games.

Harker is one of four quarterbacks on the Riders' roster heading into training camp, if it happens, next month.
