The local aerobatics team is heading to Owen Sound, Ontario for what will be their first show of the 2007 season.

 

It was one month ago today that their friend perished in a crash while preparing for an air show in Montana, now the Canadian Air Force Snowbirds are trying to focus on the job at hand.

The world famous demonstration team is on their way to Owen Sound, Ontario to start the week. An air show is planned for Wednesday and it will be the first one of the season for the team.

The Great Falls, Montana Air Show May 18th was supposed to be the first show of the 2007 season but the tragic crash that claimed the live of Captain Shawn McCaughey sent the team into an "operational pause."

The 2007 season has been dedicated to the memory of Captain McCaughey.
