It’s a big day for the Canadian Forces Snowbirds!

The 431 Air Demonstration Squadron will be packing up and flying west to Comox, BC, on Tuesday to begin their training for the upcoming show season.

Pilots will be training two to three hours per day, six days a week to fine-tune their routine to be able to thrill the fans this summer.

They are expected to leave at around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

The Snowbirds will kick-off their season on June 3, in Thunder Bay, ON, and will finish in Salinas, California on Oct. 8.

The squadron will make two appearances in Saskatchewan flying over Craven during Country Thunder, July 15-16, and a non-aerobatic display in Saskatoon on July 27.
