The Moose Jaw Miller Express dropped a 6-1 decision to the Medicine Hat Mavericks yesterday - this after suffering a 13-12 loss to the Mavericks on Saturday. The Millers now 10 and 10 on the season. Their next game is at home - Wednesday against the Mavericks. 

The Moose Jaw Canucks AAA 18U lost a pair of games to the Saskatoon Cubs on Sunday, 9-6 and 12-7. They next play the Parkland Expos at Jubilee Park tomorrow evening. 

The Moose Jaw Canucks 18U split a pair with the Saskatoon A's, losing 20-7 in the first game but battled back for a 14-10 win in the second. They next play the White Sox in Regina tomorrow. 

In Lacrosse, the Moose Jaw Junior Mustangs lost a pair of Saturday games to the Prince Albert Raiders - 26-1 and 19-0. The Mustangs’ next home game is this Friday against the Weyburn Razorbacks. 

The Saskatchewan Roughriders came from behind for a 33-30 win over the Tiger-Cats in Hamilton last night. Brett Lauther's 43-yard field goal with no time left gave the Riders the win. The Riders are now 2 and 0 on the season and will host Hamilton Sunday night at Mosaic Stadium.

The Edmonton Oilers are still hanging on in Stanley Cup Playoffs, getting their first win of the final round, 8-1 in game 4 on Saturday. They next face off against the Panthers in a must-win game 5 tomorrow. 

In Major League Baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays won 7-6 against Cleveland yesterday.
