The City of Moose Jaw is letting residents know that the water taps for the city’s dog parks will be shut off starting Monday.
With cooler temperatures, the city’s parks and recreation staff will begin winterizing the dog parks, including shutting off the water for the 2023/2024 fall and winter season. The water will be turned back on in the spring when temperatures warm up.
The city has two dog parks adjacent to each other located at 1500 High Street West, just southwest of the Yara Centre and the bike park.
The dog parks will remain open as they operate year-round.
