While the official World Junior tournament doesn't begin for another week, Team Canada has a couple exhibition games this week in Sweden.

The count down is on for the World Junior Hockey Championships that start Boxing Day in Sweden.

Team Canada is hard at work trying to figure out who will play on what line and who will start between the pipes. Our team has a diverse bag of tricks this year that includes former Moose Jaw Kenndal McArdle who was recently traded to the Vancouver Giants.

Team Canada has a few exhibition games this week to prepare for the tournament opener on Boxing Day. Canada plays Wednesday against Finland and Friday against Sweden.

Canada will face the Swedes again next Wednesday for their first match of the tournament.
