It appears to me we're stepping back into the big leagues.

After a lengthy transition from mismanagement and changes in management, we're once again booking big time shows at Moose Jaw's Mosaic Place.

Locals were treated to a rock show last month with The Offspring and Sum 41 taking to the stage and, this week, Mosaic Place announced Brad Paisley's World Tour will stop in our city in March.

Paisley is a country music superstar.  He has recorded 11 albums, scoring 32 top 10 singles including 19 - number 1 hits.

You may recall he played to a near sell-out at Mosaic Place back in 2014.

As you know, another "sure thing" is coming up in February.  The Scotties Tournament of Hearts will be back.  The Canadian curling community absolutely loved the way we hosted in 2015.

We've seen some world-class entertainment at our arena from John Mellencamp, ZZ Top, John Fogerty and the Doobie Brothers to Alan Jackson and Dolly Parton.

We built that place for exactly that reason - to attract and enjoy the best of the best.

I think we're back on track.
