Where Should A Dog Park Go?

 Our four-legged friends are a step closer to running free in a designated area.  The city is close to selecting a site for an off-leash dog park and are taking suggestions from local residents to help determine where it should be located.

Two locations are being considered, the west-end of the Hamilton Flatts and the second is east of 9th Avenue N.W. and south of the TransCanada Highway.

Open houses are being held at Riverview September 18th and Sunningdale School September 19th. They'll have both parks mapped out and on display, showing what the new off-leash park would look like.  Doors are open at both locations from 4:30 to 7:30 both days. The public is welcome to drop by and make suggestions or voice any concerns.  Comments must be submitted to the city by October 5th.
